Section 1: Introduction to Leadership Leadership is a journey with four distinct stages. Generally, those who have made an investment in the future of their career will move throughout these stages at a faster rate. Section 2:  You as the Leader This section identifies benchmarks by which we evaluate and motivate

ourselves, including developing value systems, developing our interpersonal skills, and expanding our comfort zone. Section 3:  You as the Leader and People To be successful leaders, it is imperative that we understand and use the tools of communication: Human Behavior Theories, Communication, Meetings, Motivation, Teamwork, and Employee Reviews. Section 4:  You as the Leader and Projects In this section, we will review project management components, stages of planning, success/failure of projects, profits and losses, project management tools, and client recognition and perspectives. Section 5:  You as the Leader and Transition Change is constant. With any change comes transition.
