Section 3: You as the Leader and People
To be successful leaders, it is imperative that we understand and use the
tools of communication: Human Behavior Theories, Communication, Meetings,
Motivation, Teamwork, and Employee Reviews.
Section 4: You as the Leader and Projects
In this section, we will review project management components, stages of
planning, success/failure of projects, profits and losses, project management
tools, and client recognition and perspectives.
Section 5: You as the Leader and Transition
Change is constant. With any change comes transition. It is important to
recognize that you, as a leader, need to address the transition and be
able to successfully manage this change through it.
