High Tech Client

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Highlights: This is currently one of the largest private construction projects in the country. Construction includes multiple new fabrication and support buildings which are all confidential. Earthwork has included moving millions of cubic yards of dirt.

Washington Park Reservoir

Location: Portland, OR

Highlights: The Portland Water Bureau is replacing reservoirs that have served the city since 1894 with a new 12.4 million gallon, seismically reinforced underground reservoir. The project is a 6-year phased approach and will be built within a portion of the existing reservoir with a reflection pool on top to preserve the historic look of the original reservoir.

Zinc Underground Detention

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Highlights: ​Our team stacked out 494 individual concrete structures weighing 13,857 lbs each to create 133,000 cubic feet of underground storm water retention. We then wrapped the entire structure in a one piece 30 mil liner covering a total area of 34,720 square feet. This project allowed the client to store, process and filter storm runoff water into wetland stream.

OHSU CHH South

Location: Portland, OR

Highlights: ​Urban mass excavation in Portland’s South Waterfront district to facilitate the construction of the Rood Family Pavilion adjacent to OHSU’s campus. This building now offers pediatric patients and their family’s private quarters to rest and recover as a home away from home.

Sherwood High School

Location: Sherwood, OR

Highlights: The New Sherwood High School is now the largest high school in the state of Oregon, with an impressive 7 new sport fields spread out on a sprawling 72 acre campus. Earthwork included moving over 400,000 CY of native soil. The building pad terraces over three independent slab on grade elevations, with breathtaking views of Mount Hood and the Willamette Valley.

5 SE MLK

Location: Portland, OR

Highlights: New multi-use tower downtown creating a central hub of urban development on Portland’s east side. This project included demolishing the existing building and mass excavating down over 30 feet to make way for the new foundation.

Location: Beaverton, OR

Highlights: ​130,000 cubic yard building mass excavation that included 1,200ea structural and shoring pile within an existing campus.

Vista Logistics Park

Location: Gresham, OR

Highlights: Consists of three new concrete tilt up buildings on a 37 acre campus, totaling over 730,000 SF of industrial space. The entire project was completed within one year.

High Profile Client

Location: Beaverton, OR

Highlights: During a 125,000 cubic yard parking garage/fitness center building mass excavation, our team installed 3,500 LF of fuse welded HDPE HVAC piping routed to multiple buildings.

Block 137

Location: Lake Oswego, OR

Highlights: ​This private mixed-use development including a new 420 car below-ground parking garage that required thousands of yards of boulder removal.

Daimler Nova

Location: Portland, OR

Highlights: New Corporate Office and Parking Garage for Daimler Trucks North America, located on the Columbia River waterfront in Swan Island. This project included demolition of the existing facility, along with new construction of a towering office building and multi-level parking garage.

Park Avenue West Tower

Location: Portland, OR

Highlights: ​Portland’s first downtown parking garage mass excavation completed via conveyor at over 70ft in depth.

Indigo @ Twelve West

Location: Portland, OR

Highlights: ​Five levels of below grade parking, housing a 22 floor mixed-use building.
